Mac & More Solutions, an Apple Automatic Service Provider, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team in Nairobi.

Responsibilities:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of services.
– Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
– Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Provide regular reports and updates to management on customer success metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with Apple products and services preferred.
