1. Goods Once Sold Cannot be Returned or Exchanged.

3. No Software loaded unless otherwise stated
4. Software cannot be refunded once opened
5. Power Supplies are not covered under Warranty.
6. Cancellation of a confirmed order for which an official L.P.O has been received
   will attract a 20% penalty of the order value.
7. Apple Warranty service and exchange is limited to supported devices.
8. Whole unit replacements under warranty are subject to investigation before fulfillment
9. All goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
10. Refunds are initiated where goods are sealed with packaging in pristine condition
11. Goods must be returned with all packaging, accessories and components
12. For hygienic reasons, earpods, AirPods and AirPods Max cannot be returned once opened.
