1. Introduction

1.1 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Website operated by Mac & More Solutions Ltd (We or Us).  We provide You the customer (You) with an online shopping service whereby You may purchase Products from Us, subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale (Conditions).  We reserve the right to change any of these Conditions, with such changes effective immediately upon posting to our Website.  It is your responsibility to check for any changes before using our Website.

1.2 If You visit or shop at our Website, You accept these Conditions.  Please take the time to read them carefully, and review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, both of which also govern your visit to and Use of our Website.  By accessing or using mac-more.co.ke (our Website) You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our Website from time to time.

1.3 If You do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then You may not use our Website.

2 Nature Of Our Website

2.1 Our Website is a place for You to select and order products that We sell (the Products).  Our Website describes the Products in more detail.

2.2 This site is designed for persons aged over 18 years old, by using this Website, You represent that You are at least 18 years old or older.  If You are under 18 years of age, You may use our Website and purchase Products only with the supervision of a parent, guardian or other adult person.  If You are under 18 years of age, and are found to be using the Website in breach of our policy, We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, among other things to refuse to accept an order, cancel an order for Products placed by You, or terminate Your Account

3 Buying Products Through Our Website

3.1 To order a Product You will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on our order page.  Details of our prices for the Products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our Website.

3.2 You acknowledge and agree that We do not warrant or represent that the descriptions of any Products or other Content on our Website is accurate, complete, or current.  In addition, specifications of Products anywhere on our Website are given to identify the Products generally and do not form part of the description of the Products.  The description of the Products on our delivery slip or receipt shall prevail over the description on our Website or on any other publication.

3.3 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, not to accept an order or to cancel an order for Products placed by You.  Supply of the Products constitutes acceptance by Us of Your order.

3.4 You must pay in full at the time of order.  The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of Your order.  We may change the price of any Product before You place an order.  We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our Website are accurate but the price on Your order will need to be validated by Us as part of the acceptance procedure.  We will inform You if a Products correct price is higher than that stated in Your order and You may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the Product at the correct price.

3.5 We are entitled to refuse any order placed by You.  You will receive an initial confirmatory e-mail acknowledging receipt of Your order.

3.6 You undertake that all details You provide to Us for the purpose of purchasing Products which may be offered by Us on our Website will be correct, that the credit or debit card, or any electronic cash, which You Use is Your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any ordered Products.

3.7 You will be charged for any Products ordered, at the prices shown on the price list current at the date of placing the order.  We are not bound by, nor responsible for any typographical errors in the current price list or any other documents published by Us on our Website.

3.8 Price lists, products and product availability are subject to change without notice.

3.9 Any special prices, discounts, deals or other changes in price shall apply to the relevant products only for as long as the products remain available for sale or for the duration of the promotion and We reserve the right to limit sales of any products.

4 Shipping & Delivery

4.1 The Website requires You to indicate Your address for delivery of the products to which the products are to be delivered.

4.2  If You are not available to accept free delivery of any Products, there may be additional costs associated with re-delivery. These costs, if any, will be Your responsibility.

4.3 We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver Products for accepted orders to the address specified on the delivery slip, on or before any estimated date, but We do not represent or warrant that We will do so.  We do not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising due to any delay in delivery of the Products or any failure to deliver the Products ordered by You for whatever reason.

4.4 It is Your responsibility to check the quantity, quality and description of the Products delivered against the details on the delivery slip.  If there is any difference in quantity, quality or description of the Products delivered, You must notify Us at info@mac-more.co.ke within 48 hours from the time of delivery.  If notice is not given within 48 hours, the Products actually delivered shall be deemed to be in accordance with the delivery slip and You shall not be entitled to make any claim or take any action in relation to any alleged deficiency or irregularity in the Products after that time.

4.5 Most delivery times are estimated to be 1-3 days from date of purchase. However, We do not accept liability if delivery is outside these times.  You will be contacted if delivery times are changed.

5 Terms of Service

Access safe, reliable, and secure repairs with genuine Apple parts when you need it.
Some counterfeit and third party batteries may not be designed properly and could result in safety issues. To ensure you receive a genuine Apple battery during a battery replacement, we recommend visiting an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Also, non-genuine replacement displays may have compromised visual quality and may fail to work correctly. Apple-certified screen repairs are performed at Mac & More Solutions by trusted experts who use genuine Apple parts.
These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) govern the service of your product by Mac & More Solutions.

5.1 Mac & More Solutions will service your product as described and for the charges shown on the Work Authorization or JobCard. In some cases, a repair might be covered by the Apple warranty

When the service is covered by Apple’s warranty or extended service contract, those terms will apply. To service Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty, you may be required to turn off Find My Device.

5.2 Apple Authorised Service Providers are authorised to perform certain tasks such as processing, storing or transferring data during product and service delivery. It’s recommended that you back up your device prior to submission for service. Data loss during service is always a possibility, and in some cases, data may be unrecoverable, erased, or reformatted during service. For this reason, it is your sole responsibility to back up all existing data, software, and/or programs from your product, and to decide whether to erase any such data from your product, prior to receiving service.

5.3 As part of service, We may install system software updates that will prevent your Apple product from reverting to an earlier version of the system software. Third party applications installed on your Apple product may not be compatible or work with your Apple product as a result of the system software update.

5.4 If service involves transferring information or installing software, you represent that you have the legal right to copy the information and agree to the terms of the software license, and you authorize Mac & More Solutions to transfer the information and accept such terms on your behalf in performing the service.

5.5 An estimate for repairs shall be given to the customer in writing. We may not charge for work done or parts supplied in excess of the estimate without prior consent of the customer. Where provided in writing, We may charge a reasonable fee for services provided in determining the nature of the malfunction in preparation of a written estimate for repair. If service requires labor and/or parts not specified on the JobCard, We may seek your approval of a revised estimate. If you do not agree that Mac & More Solutions revise the charges, We may return your product and hold you responsible for any indicated diagnostic fee.

5.6 Mac & More Solutions warrants for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service that service will be performed in a competent and workmanlike manner and that all parts used to service your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise specified. This is an express limited warranty and in the event of breach, We will either (i) re-perform the service, (ii) repair or replace the part, or (iii) refund the cost of the service provided.

5.7 If you have not claimed your product and paid all charges due within ninety (90) days after being notified by Mac & More Solutions that your product has been serviced, We will consider your product abandoned and may dispose of your product in accordance with applicable law.
